2021 Summer Renovations

Project Value: $5,656,712

Complete HVAC upgrades at three schools simultaneously. Project included new hot water boilers, hydronic piping, HVAC roof top units, vertical unit ventilators, refrigeration piping, and sheet metal. Project schedule was 12 weeks.

Complete HVAC and plumbing upgrades at two schools simultaneously. Project included renovations to all restrooms, new hot water boilers, hydronic piping, chillers, HVAC roof top units, vertical unit ventilators, refrigeration piping and sheet metal. Project schedule was 12 weeks.

Lenawee County Intermediate School District
HVAC Upgrades

Project Value: $1,174,138

Demolition of entire forced air and hydronic HVAC system. Installation of roof top HVAC equipment and variable refrigerant flow HVAC system. Core Mechanical was the prime contractor on the project and held the contracts for architectural, electrical, structural steel and site work contractors. Project schedule was 8 weeks.

2017 Mechanical Upgrades

Project Value: $578,000
Installation of complete variable refrigerant flow HVAC system throughout an entire middle school. Core Mechanical was the prime contractor on the project and coordinated all other trades including architectural, electrical and site work contractors Project Schedule was 10 weeks.

Battle Creek VA Hospital
Building 83B Renovation

Project Value: $1,253,000

Renovation of the second floor of Building 83. Project consisted of patient rooms, kitchen, and labs. Installation of complete mechanical and plumbing system including complete medical gas system (oxygen, air, vacuum) with zone/master panel, hydronic, and plumbing piping, and sheet metal.

Detroit V.A. Hospital
A4 South Renovation

Project Value: $602,000

Renovation of the fourth floor of the A wing (35 exam rooms & labs). Installation of complete mechanical and plumbing system including complete medical gas system (oxygen, air, vacuum) with zone/master panel. Mechanical system included (41) VAV units, (2) steam humidifiers, piping of hydronics and plumbing, and installation of sheet metal duct.
